Become an mFIT Partner
Here's How to Get Involved
Because we are passionate about mental fitness and we've seen the powerful changes it can make in the lives of our clients, we want to reward those who promote mental fitness through our affiliate program (mSHARE). But mFIT Partners don't have to sign up as an affiliate. You may partner with us informally by referring clients or sharing mFIT concepts. mFIT Partners help us get skills into the hands of those who need them most.
If you are a Certified Life Coach, a Licensed Therapist or a Psychologist, then you may have interest in becoming an mFIT Partner. We are looking for qualified people to provide Life Coaching or Therapeutic Coaching (coaching by therapists) for our classes, individual and small-group coaching services and as lead trainers in our programs. Coaches must complete mFIT Coach Training in order to be fully versed in our mFIT approach.
We are also looking for mFIT Partners to co-design classes with us. For example, if you are a licensed therapist, psychologist or certified coach and have expertise in a specific area that is compatible with our mental fitness model, please contact us. We would like to talk about how we might integrate your material into our platform. We pay a flat fee for 4-week classes that meets our format requirements. You can also opt to lead group coaching for the class.
The Mental Fitness Institute conducts ongoing research to document the link between mental fitness skills and positive functioning. The goal is to develop a quick and easy assessment for clients to better gauge their current skill level, identify any skill deficits and learn how best to improve them. Our mFIT Partners contribute to our research by encouraging others to take our surveys. Mental fitness is truly for everyone, so help spread the word!
One way we support our research is through product sales. We depend on our mFIT Partners to help us promote these products in order to help fund our research efforts. Because we have such a small profit margin, it is difficult to pay bonuses on product sales. However, our affiliates earn Affiliate Credits on referrals that result in sales (e.g., $500 = 50 credits) and these can be exchanged for gift memberships, online classes or group coaching.
We also gladly welcome mFit Partners as volunteers. Perhaps you have interest in volunteering to help organize events, gather information on retreat locations, be a New Member Ambassador, or help coordinate some aspect of our research efforts. There's so much to do that we can certainly keep an army of volunteers busy! If you're passionate about mental fitness and would like to help spread the message, contact us. We need you!

Why mental fitness is for everyone...
“One of the most important things I learned from taking mental fitness classes is how to pull off the self-judgment and stop listening to the critical voices in my head. This was crucial for me because it meant that instead of delving into the shame that I had always felt, I could actually come to a solution. This has, quite literally, changed my entire life. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that it has SAVED my life. My advice to all those who are suffering? Don't wait another day. Learn the mental fitness skills you need to become who you were really meant to be. I did. And I've never once looked back.”
“As I learned how to face the horrible memories of my childhood, I realized that I was using my behaviors to cope with the pain. I learned that the eating disorder I'd had since my pre-teens was a choice, not a necessity. Once I decided it was no longer an option, I shut the door on it for good and this forced me to learn new coping skills. Im happy to say that I've had no eating disorder symptoms for over two years. There IS freedom and mental fitness skills gave that to me.”
"Mental fitness is one of those amazing concepts that once you get it, you're like 'Oh, yeah!' I've been to more therapists than I care to admit and none of them really helped me. I'd leave their office feeling like I'd thrown up, but not much else. With mental fitness, I had homework and specific skills to work on. I was so glad to finally be DOING SOMETHING that worked. What a relief!"
